If pillars such as Vision, Drivers, Risks, Alignment, Value, and Adoption were already essential for strategic alignment before AI, what has really changed?


The speed changed.


The scale changed.

The level of autonomy has changed.


And, most importantly, it changed the role of technology:


AI has moved beyond simply executing strategy and has begun to influence strategy itself.
